I look forward to using it! I'm such an infrequent forum poster, but I love the comic and have for the past two years. Although, that isn't reflected on the original location since I only began posting and registered at the jeeves location only today. None the less, I've really enjoyed this comic and the storyline since the first chapter. I apologize for being such a lurker for the past 2 years and for not taking the time to return for a visit over the past year. I must say that I really love the improvement in Brit's art from the beginning to the latest page. She's really grown and developed very nicely. As for the story, it's been more than enough to keep me interested the past 7 hours while catching up!

Keep up the wonderful work!

No problem with lurking. Smile Most web comic readers are "lurkers". It just makes sence. Most of them are there to read a comic they like, not pontificate on it. I'm just so happy you did finally get around to telling us how much you liked it. It is the reward that keeps both Brit and myself working on the comic. It surely isn't the money. Wink

I've been meaning to comment for quite some time. I'm a horribly distracted person and it takes an effort to sit and focus on something to say! Perhaps I tend to contemplate far too long and before I can come up with what I wish to express, I get derailed and focus on something else. Embarassed

Anyway, I hope the comic as well as this new site continues to grow!

I hope it lets me post this time. For some reason, this forum doesn't like me. Maybe it's been talking to Smack Jeeves? :3

Anyway, I'm really glad this site's up and running, and I can't wait until the move is official. I like the lay out of this site better than the one at Smack Jeeves, although I do miss the banner and the 'Vote' button. Tell me, is there anyway we can vote for this comic here?

I glad to have joined this forum of one of my favorite comics. I have also been a lurker in that I do not reply or commit very much. I have to say though that this is a very dear and favorite comic of mine and I'm glad that your expanding in new directions. I look forward to what's going to happen next.

With fond regards,

Warmfurrytiger.

The Forum works Empty Voted on SJ, still loving the new site. <3

Post  Chakat Stripedfur on Sat Dec 18, 2010 2:30 am

I voted on SJ, which seems to be liking me now, or at least hating me a little less. x3 I just wish I knew more coding (my HTML skills are extremely basic) so I could help you out a little.

How's school going so far? Any plans for a Major yet? I'm shooting for an Associates in Visual Arts, myself, though that'll have to wait for a bit. As soon as I am able to start work on my various (read: One helluva long list of..) art projects, I'll start doing up some fan art if you wouldn't mind. I'm talking armor, weapons, shields, stuff like that.

Post  MojoRover on Sat Dec 18, 2010 12:37 pm

Just joined the forum yesterday!

Wonderful place here, except for the RPG section which prevents me (and I assume all non-mods) from posting there.

Otherwise, great start!

Sorry guys, didn't know the RPG section of the forum was set only for mods, that's would prove to be much of a conversation. It's fixed ^^

Thanks. I know you said there are no 'ground rules' in the RP, but I am certain you probably wouldn't want anyone RPing as Evon, Hero or any of your other characters from the comic strip, correct?

Most RP Board I know of do not allow people to 'control' characters that they did not create (without the owner's permission).

Thought I'd bring this up now BEFORE confusion arose over it.

Post  Chakat Stripedfur on Sun Dec 19, 2010 5:35 am

I'm not sure if I'll be role playing in the forum, there. I don't know the world of Evon well enough to role play in it, even though I know it's a fantasy-type world. I may role play in the future, I don't know yet. Having my character be the door man for Hero's estate is a nice twist on the character, and one I may use for him should I decide to play him out. We'll see.

It's suppose to snow a little on Christmas Day here in North Georgia. I get to drive in it. Most of our residents can not drive when it snows. Plus they believe that they MUST NOW buy milk and bread because obviously the sun has gone and we are entering a new ice age....Or maybe we just loose it a bit in winter. If I don't get to see you again, Merry Christmas and have a safe holiday.

The Forum works Empty Snow room for errors...

Post  Chakat Stripedfur on Fri Dec 24, 2010 1:36 pm

I just hope we don't get too much snow here. It's bad enough walking in the damn stuff, but having to avoid the cars of the people that don't know how to drive in it is much worse. That, and shoveling it off my sidewalk is a royal pain in the back. Literally.

Anyway, Happy Holidays to you two, and Merry Christmas!!

We're suppose to be getting snow here too, at least three to five inches I think. It's really not that much snow, but Cincinnati makes a big deal out of a half inch so we'll just have to see how people will be acting tomorrow. It's actually the first time we'll have snow on Christmas in a few years, too bad I gotta work Very Happy

The Forum works Empty Snow rest for the wicked?

Post  Chakat Stripedfur on Fri Dec 24, 2010 4:01 pm

That sucks. I had to work Thanksgiving back at my old job, but not Christmas. (we were given a choice between the two, so I chose Thanksgiving. It was nice, though, one of the managers came in with goodies. x3) ~gives you rich hot chocolate, with cloves~ Well, I hope you can at least get some rest and Holiday Cheer for part of the day! How're you feeling, btw? I hope all this cold weather hasn't made you worse, Brit.

Where do you live, Fennec? I live in Lawrence, KS. I was born in Mesa, AZ but moved here when I was 2. Oh, wait, I see it in your ID thing there. nvm. <.<

Mudslides? Earthquakes? Jerry Brown? (Kidding!) Actually, Cali has some of the nicest weather that I've ever experienced. It also has the most somethings to do or people to watch more than any other place I've seen except for New York City. NYC has to be the ultimate for that.
